Emily grew up in Centerville, Ohio and graduated in 2000 from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Science. She moved to Colorado in 2001 and began a career in Marketing with a Littleton based medical consulting company. Emily developed an interest in Real Estate when she assisted her general contractor husband Brad with his fix and flip and remodeling business in 2004. She joined RE/MAX of Cherry Creek in 2007 and was inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame during her tenure there. In 2018, Emily and Brad joined forces and formed Gunlock Homes Real Estate and Development where Emily focuses on real estate sales along with her sales team, heads up land acquisitions for development, works closely with architects and designers on projects, and assists in customer service for our custom build clients. Emily and Brad currently resides in East Wash Park with their two sons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family as well as biking, skiing, Pilates and Yoga. She is also a huge fan of college football.

Brad Gunlock grew up in Centerville, Ohio and moved to Boulder in 1997 to attend the University of Colorado. He graduated in 2000 with a BS in Humanities and Philosophy and spent three years teaching elementary school special education. In 2004 Brad followed in his family’s footsteps and bought his first “Fix and Flip” in Denver. As a way to further combine his two passions – residential construction and client service – Brad founded Gunlock Homes, Inc. in 2008. In 2018 Brad and wife Emily, who is a real-estate agent, joined forces and formed Gunlock Homes Real Estate and Development. The company is based on the premise that every job, no matter the size, deserves an attentive and skilled approach. Since then, he has bought, renovated, built new, and sold a large portfolio of high end custom homes. In addition, he owns and manages several rental homes in the metro area. Gunlock Homes is committed to remaining a boutique company with a high level of service to each job. When Brad is not working he enjoys skiing, meditation, live music and watching Michigan football.

Tracy was born and raised in Denver and has had a love of real estate for as long as she can remember. She attended Denver’s East High School and graduated from Colorado State University’s College of Business with a concentration in marketing. She started her career in fundraising for a national non-profit and then joined the marketing team for a senior living community. In 2011, she decided to follow her passion and became a licensed real estate agent. She began as a transaction manager for a top-producing team at Re/MAX of Cherry Creek (where she met Emily Gunlock) and then became a Broker Associate. Throughout her career, she assisted hundreds of clients to list and close their real estate deals. In 2018, Tracy joined Gunlock Homes as a project manager. She is attracted to the unlimited possibilities of new construction including the design, details and functionality, but loves the charm of old homes. She is married to a fellow Denver native, Sam, is the mom of three young kids (two girls and a boy) and a golden retriever named Mars.

Angie Thomsic joined the Gunlock Real Estate and Development as a newly licensed agent in 2017. Angie brings 10 years of customer service expertise having worked as a manager at Nordstrom and most recently as the Assistant Director of the Hermes of Paris in Cherry Creek. Angie transitioned into Real Estate in late 2015 as a transaction coordinator and soon decided to pursue her own license. Angie earned her BA in Business Marketing from Westminster College where she was also awarded All-American honors as a member of the women’s Volleyball Team. Angie lives in the Mayfair neighborhood with her Husband and their Siberian Forest cat Macaron. If she is not out showing homes you will most likely find her on the ski slopes or enjoying the Denver sunshine with friends!

Jennifer grew up in the Houston, Texas area. She studied Business Administration at the University of Houston (Go Coogs). While in college she began working for Haliburton. Her sixteen-year career with the company was focused on Human Resources and College recruitment. Jennifer moved to Colorado in 2006 and fell in love with the city of Denver. Her husband Robert, two sons, and two dogs live in the Cory Merrill neighborhood. When not working, she enjoys working out, reading books, and spending time outdoors.
